Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Flymaster Shop! We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer transparent shipping options across our domestic and international zones:

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Free standard shipping is available on all orders. 
  • International Shipping: We ship to a wide range of global destinations (including the US, UK, UAE, and Europe). International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be computed automatically during checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Domestic: 3 to 7 business days.
    • International: 7 to 21 business days depending on customs and local courier handling.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our delivery partners, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package's journey directly via our shipping partner's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Flymaster Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at shopatflymaster@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs and unboxing video of the damage so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
