No Returns, No Refunds Policy

Because we specialize in highly specific replacement items—including remote controls, car key shells, phone covers, and precision accessories—all sales are final. Flymaster Shop does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been successfully placed and shipped.

1. Verify Before You Buy

To ensure complete satisfaction, we highly recommend that you:

  • Carefully check your existing device's model number, button configuration, and technical specifications.
  • Compare your original item with our product images and description text.
  • Double-check your phone model or vehicle make/model/year prior to completing checkout.

If you are unsure whether a remote, key shell, or accessory is compatible with your device, please contact our support team at shopatflymaster@gmail.com before purchasing, and we will gladly help you verify compatibility.

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Wrong Items

We only offer replacements or resolutions in the following rare circumstances:
  • Damaged in Transit: If your product arrives physically broken or damaged due to shipping.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If we accidentally sent you a completely different product or model variant than the one listed on your invoice.

3. How to Report an Issue

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Send an email to shopatflymaster@gmail.com with your Order Number in the subject line.
  2. Provide clear photographs and unboxing video showing the damaged product or the incorrect item received.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed and handed over to our shipping carriers. If you need to request a cancellation immediately after purchase, please email us within 1 hour of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate you if processing has not yet begun.
